  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Pre-Construction Phase

  • Cost Estimation & Budgeting – Prepare initial cost estimates and budgets for the project.
  • Tender Management – Prepare tender documents, evaluate contractor bids, and assist in contract negotiations.
  • Feasibility Studies – Assess the financial viability of the project.

Construction Phase

  • Contract Administration – Manage contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Cost Control & Value Engineering – Monitor project costs, recommend cost-saving measures, and ensure value for money.
  • Progress Payment & Claims – Evaluate contractor claims, process interim and final payments, and handle variations.
  • Material & Procurement Management – Ensure cost-effective procurement of materials in line with project specifications.
  • Risk Management – Identify and mitigate financial risks related to cost overruns or contract disputes.
  • Liaison & Coordination – Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution.

Post-Construction Phase

  • Final Accounts & Settlement – Prepare final accounts, negotiate final payments, and close contracts.
  • Project Auditing & Reporting – Provide cost reports, assess project financial performance, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
