CLIENT DATA DELIVERY EXECUTIVE (2-Years-Fixed Term Contract)

WHAT'D YOU DO:
- Client Category Data Transformation: Manage the migration and transformation of client categories according to the country-specific delivery plan. Agree on timing with internal teams and recommend operational timelines.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Act as the communication bridge between client requirements and operational capabilities, ensuring that all stakeholders clearly understand delivery needs and feasibility.
- Client Service & Expectation Management: Oversee client service from request to completion. Recommend appropriate solutions and proactively communicate if requirements are unachievable or require adjustment.
- Custom Attributes & Contract Adherence: Ensure that all elements of the client contract are met, including the definition of custom attributes that align with client expectations.
- Attribution Team Collaboration: Ensure the Attribution Team follows all request processes (standard and ad-hoc). Propose improvements where necessary to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Data Transformation Guidance: Guide clients through the data transformation process, from Itemization to Attribution, explaining new hierarchies and filtering systems.
- MWP Training & Support: Help Client Service teams understand how to use the MWP system, showing how data appears, detailing the transformations that have been performed, and demonstrating how to utilize data for client deliveries.
- Sign-Off & Permissions: Ensure that data transformations are signed off by Client Service and oversee the setup of client permissions and user access.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to improving process knowledge sharing and understanding between Operations and Client Service teams, promoting efficiencies through lean methodologies.
- Best Practices Documentation: Document and share best practices for Client Operations processes, ensuring they are understood and effectively implemented across the business.
WHAT'D YOU BRING:
Relevant Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in client delivery or operations, with experience in Attribution encouraged.
- A strong background in client-facing roles is an advantage.
- Experience in a data delivery or client service role is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel is an advantage.
- Familiarity with database management and the ability to manage large datasets efficiently.
- Understanding of MWP and Legacy tools, with knowledge of operational governance and data structures.
Self-Starter: A proactive mindset, adaptability, and strong problem-solving ability are highly valued.
