Aspac CCP Transformation Programme Manager
We are seeking an experienced Aspac CCP Transformation Programme Manager to lead and manage transformation projects within the Aspac Lubricants business. This role will drive continuous improvement, ensuring the successful integration of transformation activities across the entire value chain, while delivering measurable financial benefits that directly impact the organization’s bottom line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a comprehensive delivery plan aligned with business priorities
-Collaborate with key stakeholders (GSC, FBT, BTC, PU) to ensure smooth project delivery
-Work closely with Project Managers to track and update project progress
-Ensure transparency in reporting and track progress towards strategic goals
-Manage risks and issues, ensuring the smooth execution of the transformation program
-Coordinate project initiation, scoping, and data gathering to define project stages
-Create detailed project plans and manage resource allocation
- Oversee change management processes when necessary
-Monitor and report on project KPIs, financials, and progress
-Escalate issues and risks to appropriate governance levels
Requirement
-A degree or equivalent education, with qualifications in Project Management, Six Sigma, or related fields
-Strong business acumen with experience in the lubricants business and supply chain in the AsPac region
-Ability to influence and challenge across all levels
-Proven experience in leading successful transformation projects
-Resilient and able to navigate ambiguity and complexity
-Attention to detail and a focus on results
