- Must be able to speak in mandarin.
- Diploma / Degree / in food chemistry or food technology / relevant technical training or certification is a plus.
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a food manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of precision in handling and measuring materials.
- Ability to operate and maintain mixing equipment safely and effectively.
- Good understanding of GMP and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
