What Will You Do?

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR Business Partners, managers, and senior leaders to understand their talent needs
  • Design and implement sourcing and recruitment strategies that meet the talent needs of each business unit
  • Support HR Business Partners and managers in attracting and hiring top talent across APAC.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR Business Partners to design and implement programs that support employee retention and development
  • Utilize data and metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of sourcing and recruitment strategies
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that ADA's Talent Acquisition processes are innovative and effective.

What Skills & Experience Do You Need?

  • Enthusiastic recruiters with at least 2-4 years of experience, demonstrating a strong willingness to learn and keen interest in exploring recruitment as their chosen career path.
  • People centric and proactive with excellent follow-up and sense of urgency.
  • Passionate about people, services and culture.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, intermediate skills in Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn.
  • Interests in working within a start-up environment.
