· Manage ongoing opportunities, ensuring the correct support for each order and keeping the wider business informed.
· Collect and share market feedback with relevant departments to enhance product and service offerings.
· Research and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
· Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted lead-generation campaigns.
· Profile the CRM Database to ensure information accuracy and keep it up to date.
· Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
