Sales Representative
Sales Representative
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports
- Maintain and build long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with customers.
- Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and cost structures to optimize procurement expenses
- Monitor supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery schedules and pricing compliance
- Create and process Purchase Orders and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Work with the warehouse and inventory team to monitor stock levels and avoid overstocking or shortage
- Maintain proper purchasing records, contracts, invoices and supplier agreements for audits
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Source candidates through job fairs, university partnerships, employee referrals, and headhunting.
- Assist in handling of local worker issues including application, renewal
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
- Negotiate salary expectations, benefits, and other employment terms with candidates.
- Copying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, industry leaders, business partners, and investors.
- Coordinate corporate sponsorship, community engagement programs, and CSR initiatives
- Handle sensitive company issues with discretion and professionalism
- Represent the company in public policy discussions and industrial forums
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any qualification.
- Candidate must be MANDARIN speaker.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word & Excel for preparing documents and time management.
- Good at organizing documents and files in a systematic manner.
- Able to communicate well both in writing and orally.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to learn new skills and acquire knowledge fast.
- Organized, well-disciplined, and able to work both independently and in a group.
- Skills required: Employee relation, recruitment and selection, compliance & budgeting.
