- Data Analysis & Reporting â Design searches and generate reports for automated analysis of recorded contact center conversations.
- Strategic Solutions â Provide recommendations & strategies to address critical business problems using industry best practices and innovative approaches.
- Performance Monitoring â Analyze & audit traineesâ performance, identifying trends and unusual patterns.
- Training Needs Assessment â Collaborate with Operations & QA to pinpoint areas for improvement & skill development.
- Findings & Presentations â Deliver accurate, high-quality reports & visualizations, ensuring alignment with project goals.

- Experience â Minimum 1 year as a Quality Analyst.
- Independence â Fast learner with minimal supervision.
- Preferred Background â Trust & Safety and Content Moderation experience.
- Language Skills â Fluent in Mandarin & English (Mandatory).
- Reporting â Skilled in project status reports & executive briefings.
- Communication â Strong presentation & public speaking abilities.
- Soft Skills â Critical thinking, decision-making, organizational & time management
- People Management â Ability to lead & coordinate teams.
