What You'll Be Doing
As an Associate, Special Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our investment professionals and managing corporate affairs. This isn’t just an administrative role—it’s about being at the centre of operations, ensuring the firm runs smoothly, and supporting strategic initiatives that drive our growth.
Your Key Responsibilities

- Prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes for Investment Committees and internal sessions.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Partners and key stakeholders.
Collaboration and Research
- Support origination and relationship-building with target and portfolio companies.
- Conduct basic research to support investment decisions and strategies.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address potential issues.
Corporate Affairs Management
- Represent Newmoon Capital with stakeholders including service providers, regulators, and corporate partners.
- Coordinate with legal, compliance, and other service providers on corporate matters.
- Oversee corporate governance processes and ensure timely statutory filings.

You’re not just looking for a job—you’re looking for a place where you can learn, contribute, and grow alongside experienced professionals. You thrive in dynamic environments, welcome challenges, and are always thinking a step ahead. You have a polished social presence and are skilled at building positive relationships. You are proactive, solutions-oriented, and self-motivated, staying calm under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities. If you're excited by the idea of working closely with senior leaders, contributing to strategic initiatives, and gaining insight into high-stakes investment decisions, this is the role for you.
Background
- Minimum CGPA of 3.50 or First Class Honours degree (or equivalent). A degree in Business Administration or Finance is helpful but not a necessity.
- Experience in the investment or private equity industry is a strong advantage.
Skills and Attributes
