Role Description

Responsibilities include routine inspections, repair and upkeep of electrical and mechanical systems, and responding promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in electrical systems, mechanical systems, and general maintenance
  • Experience in troubleshooting technical issues and conducting routine inspections
  • Ability to repair and upkeep various equipment and facilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Relevant certifications or technical training are a plus
