- Responsible for supplier/ vendor payment cycle management - daily & monthly.
- Maintain interface with departmental personnel to provide information to verify or support records and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
- To prepare relevant accounting documents to ensure timely payment cycle is met according to invoices received.
- Diligently follow up to check and confirm the balance and aging of accounts payable at month end to ensure there is no long outstanding payable balance to suppliers / vendors.
- Work closely with the relevant departments in the company for payment cycles and disputes.
- Verifying & posting supplier invoices into the accounting system are correct and accurate.
- To input invoices / payments into in-house midoffice system and SQL Accounting System.
- To perform banking services.
- To assist on administrative task - attraction tickets purchasing
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the superior on office administrative
- task.
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM cert (accounting subject) / vokasional politeknik equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Working experience in TRAVEL industry is an advantage.
- Must have initiative, be reliable & possess strong integrity. Able to work independently & possess good attitude. Attention to details
- Good communication skills - spoken & written ( English ).
- Computation in Ms Excel, Ms Word.
