To strengthen brand presence and community engagement, the Marketing and Communications Manager will lead initiatives such as:

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Branding
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and branding strategy.
- Ensure alignment of all communication efforts with the organization’s mission and values.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and reports.
- Monitor and enhance the organization's online presence, website, and digital platforms.
Content Creation & Storytelling
- Craft compelling narratives that showcase the impact of the organization’s programs.
- Produce and oversee written, visual, and video content for various channels.
- Develop donor and stakeholder communication materials that drive engagement and support.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Manage and grow social media channels, creating engaging content and campaigns.
- Utilize digital tools such as SEO, Google Ads, and email marketing to expand reach.
- Track and analyze digital performance metrics to optimize communication strategies.
Public Relations & Media Outreach
- Build relationships with journalists, bloggers, and media outlets to increase coverage.
