In this role, you’ll:
Partner with clients to provide tailored, scientifically backed solutions for health products. Collaborate closely with R&D and production teams to ensure our clients’ visions become high-quality, impactful products.
Be the trusted advisor for clients, using your technical knowledge to support and grow their brands in the competitive health sector.

By guiding clients on ingredients, formulations, and product potential, you’ll help them bring innovative, nutritious products to the market that make a difference in people’s lives.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.

    2. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions.

    3. New Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.

    4. Product Knowledge:
  • Stay informed about the organization's products or services and communicate their features and benefits effectively to clients.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations as needed.

    5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and outcomes.

    6. Marketing Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Provide input on promotional materials, advertising, and other marketing initiatives.

    7. Customer Feedback:
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand market trends and improve products or services.
  • Convey customer feedback to relevant teams for continuous improvement.
  • Provide valuable insights – Deliver regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to management

    8. Negotiation and Closing:
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with customers.
  • Ensure all sales contracts and agreements meet regulatory and company standards.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science/Food Technology/ Nutrition Food /Food Biotechnology or equivalent
  • Possess at least 1 year of working experience in any field. However, Fresh applicants without relevant experience however willing to pursue sales career with right attitude, mindset, and client relationship skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Required languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge or the ability to converse in Mandarin (to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients) will be an advantage.
  • A positive attitude, proactive and outgoing personality, and a passion for creativity, dynamic work, self-motivation, teamwork, resourcefulness, and results-oriented problem solving. Analytical skills with a problem solving attitude
  • Proactive and versatile with strong initiative as well as the ability to work independently and willingness to learn.
  • Possess own transport and willingness to travel outstation.
