Experienced Senior HR Executive to oversee HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and compliance with Malaysian labor laws. You will ensure smooth HR processes while maintaining a positive work environment and supporting employee needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee records, contracts, and onboarding from time to time.
- Checking and finalist all staff monthly roaster.
- Oversee monthly payroll processing and payment on time to employee.
- Ensure accurate & on-time submissions of EPF, SOCSO, EIS deductions, PCB & HRDF contribution & any other payroll related authorities.
- Generate HR reports for management on key metrics & Account usage (e.g., payroll, performance).
- Manage matters related to salary, benefits and employee discipline
- Ensure all employees informed in regards to the company's policies and protocols.
- Address employee queries and provide HR guidance.
- Handle payroll-related queries and adjustments.
- Lead the hiring process from job posting to employee onboarding.
- Work with department managers to meet recruitment needs.
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/ Industrial Relations, Business Admin, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.
- Good knowledge of local Employment Act & Industrial Relation regulations such as Malaysian labor laws (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Payroll administration and statutory compliance experience.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to deal effectively with all levels of staffs.
