We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for managing the distribution network, driving sales growth, and ensuring product availability in key channels. You will work closely with international brand owners, retailers, suppliers and internal team to ensure that products are well positioned, promoted and accessible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Distribution Management: Monitor the performance of distribution channels, manage relationships with retail partners.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales in the assigned portfolios by implementing strategies to increase product distribution, sales volume, and market share.
- Market Analysis: Collect market intelligence and analyze consumer to develop insights for sales strategies and campaigns.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Internation brand owners, key retail partners, wholesalers, and suppliers. Act as the primary contact point for any distribution-related issues.
- Stock Management: Assist in warehouse to ensure optimal inventory levels with distributors and retailers to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Promotions & Campaigns: Coordinate and execute sales promotions, product launches, and marketing activities in the region to boost product visibility and sales.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, sales analysis, distribution metrics and market trends to management on a regular basis.
- Problem-Solving: Identify distribution challenges and resolve them in a timely manner to ensure smooth operations.
- Brand Representation: Represent the brand effectively, ensuring product displays, shelf placement, and merchandising meet company standards and reflect the brand image.
Qualifications:
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, International Business or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, distribution, or retail management, ideally within the beauty or FMCG sector.
