Administrative Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, organizing files, and ensuring a well-organized workspace.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Human Resources Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain accurate records in the HR database and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and team-building events.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, such as absences, leaves, and overtime.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
