- Manage daily office operations, organizing files, and ensuring a well-organized workspace.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Human Resources Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain accurate records in the HR database and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and team-building events.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, such as absences, leaves, and overtime.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
