Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop strategic hiring plans.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, referrals, headhunting, and career fairs.
  • Draft, publish, and manage compelling job advertisements.
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
  • Evaluate and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and competencies.
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Prepare and present hiring reports, recruitment dashboards, and analytics to management.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment laws and company policies.
  • Prepare onboarding materials for new staff including welcome kits, laptops, and access cards.
  • Draft and send staff birthday messages and maintain birthday calendar records.
  • Assist in organizing and supporting company events, celebrations, and staff engagement activities as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interview methods, and recruitment best practices.
  • Familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Experience recruiting across different functions and seniority levels is an added advantage
