E-Commerce Executive- Junior Level (LiveComm Division)

The Pengtai E-Commerce division focuses on integrating consumer analysis, brand strategy, advertising creativity, e-commerce operation, and offline activities using data technology. The goal is to link brands with the right consumers and create engaging interactions.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an E-Commerce Executive - Junior Level in the LiveComm Division at Pengtai eCommerce SEA in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The role involves daily tasks related to Account Management.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Create compelling proposals and presentations to attract new business opportunities.
- Respond knowledgeably to customer inquiries via chat regarding products and the brand.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth communication and task execution.
- Provide backend platform support and assist with configuration settings. (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada)
- Foster and maintain collaborative, positive relationships with team members.
- Regularly update and maintain client correspondence, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Assist live hosts with preparation and management of live streaming sessions, including studio setup.
- Actively participate in live streaming sessions according to the scheduled time.
- Host live streaming events, introducing, promoting, and demonstrating products while engaging with the audience.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications

- Team Management and Sales Management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Requirements:
- Comfortable and confident on camera, with a vibrant and engaging personality.
- Willingness to work in a professional live studio environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a proactive team player.
- Able to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Creative and able to brainstorm new ideas.
- Ready to take on challenges and thrive in a team environment.
- At least a Degree or equivalent experience.
- Fresh graduates and interns are welcome to apply.
