Job Responsibility

  • Production Oversight
  • Supervise three active assembly lines to ensure production targets are met.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of injection, blow moulding, stamping, and welding processes.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and manufacturing issues to minimize downtime.
  • Quality Control & Standards
  • Conduct inspections to ensure products meet company and regulatory quality standards.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes for all sprayer models (manual, electric, stainless steel).
  • Team Management
  • Lead, train, and supervise a team of production workers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Organize daily workflow, assign tasks, and ensure team adherence to safety protocols.
  • Operational Efficiency
  • Collaborate with the engineering and maintenance teams to improve production efficiency.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement strategies.
  • Safety & Compliance
  • Enforce workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines throughout the production facility.
  • Conduct routine safety training and equipment checks.
  • Reporting
  • Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to management.
  • Provide insights on performance trends and recommend improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Education & Experience
  • Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment (experience in injection moulding, stamping, or agriculture-related production is an advantage).
  • Skills & Knowledge
  • Hands-on experience with assembly line management and moulding/welding machinery.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of quality assurance and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems for scheduling and reporting.
