JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Manage end-to-end campaign creation, from defining objectives to budget allocation, ad creatives,
targeting, and performance tracking.
Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to optimize paid search campaigns and improve search
engine ranking.
Oversee the creation and testing of compelling ad copies, visuals, and landing pages to enhance campaign
effectiveness.
Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and
achieve campaign goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and new features on Google and Meta to
leverage the latest opportunities.
Collaborate with the content team to align paid media efforts with organic content and SEO strategies.
Perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the digital
landscape.
Utilize SEO techniques to improve organic search visibility and drive more qualified traffic to clients’ or our
website.
Track website performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics.
Present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key insights, achievements, and
areas for improvement.
Create a marketing/campaign performance report.
Strong communication skills to liaise with clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and campaign optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
