The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to connect and build relationships, negotiate effectively, and close deals with high.NET-worth clients. Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with minimum 3 years in leadership position, preferably in high-ticket product sales (luxury goods, real estate, automotive, technology, or similar industries).
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Strong network and connections in the Malaysian and overseas market is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: from RM5000 - RM6500 (depending on experience).
