Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with minimum 3 years in leadership position, preferably in high-ticket product sales (luxury goods, real estate, automotive, technology, or similar industries).
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong network and connections in the Malaysian and overseas market is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: from RM5000 - RM6500 (depending on experience).
