GENERAL JOB BRIEF
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Providing service and customer support during field visits
- Managing all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
- Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
- Perform all on site activities related to installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
- Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions on site and if needed escalate problems for assistance.
- Ensure that all service and repair are carried out properly in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures.
- Document the progression of the service jobs and produce timely and detailed service reports
- Report their daily job work status to Tech Lead.
- Coordinate with team members to assist all servicing work as & when required
- Adhere to company’s given rules and regulations
- Team up with colleagues and other team members
- Build relationships and trust with customers and clients
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Prepare used parts to standby for field technician usage.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Minimum high school certification (SPM) or equivalent.
- Min. 1 year of proven field service experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
- Possess basic reading and writing skills in English & Malay to comprehend service/repair order
- Must have own transport with valid driving license (B2 or D).
- Basic customer service skills are essential.
- Good in time management & attendance.
- Good interpersonal and able to communicate & cooperate with clients and co-workers.
- Familiarity to using mobile tools and application.
- Customer-oriented person.
- Being flexible and having a willingness to adapt & taking new challenge.
- Calm, self-motivated, responsible & detailed-oriented person.
- Passionate to work, reliable, positive thinking & professional with can-do attitude.
