- Legal Compliance: Ensure company operations comply with local laws and regulations in Malaysia, particularly those related to the advertising industry.
- Contract Management: Review, draft, and amend various company contracts, including advertising contracts, supplier agreements, and partnership contracts, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.

- Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of legal experience, with preference given to candidates with experience in the advertising industry or international legal affairs.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Chinese as working languages.
- Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with Malaysian corporate law, contract law, labor law, advertising law, and other relevant regulations.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of effective interaction with internal departments and external organizations.
