Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Project Sales Engineer with a strong background in Siemens automation solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and driving sales activities, developing project-specific proposals, and building long-term customer relationships. You will collaborate with technical and project teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities

  1. Drive sales growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new projects that involve machine tools modernization and automation projects based on Siemens products.
  2. Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and propose customized Siemens solutions that meet their project needs.
  3. Prepare and present project proposals, quotations, and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with customer objectives.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, including project engineers, technical support, and management, to ensure seamless execution of sales and project delivery.
  5. Maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing ongoing support and acting as a liaison between the customer and technical teams.
  6. Develop and execute strategic sales plans, focusing on target markets and industries to increase Siemens’ market share.
  7. Manage the entire sales process from lead generation through to negotiation, contract closure, and post-sales support.
  8. Stay updated on Siemens products, market trends, and competitor offerings to provide clients with the most innovative solutions.
  9. Achieve and exceed sales targets, reporting regularly on sales performance and pipeline development.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering or Electrical/Electronic field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years experience in sales roles, preferably with Siemens products or similar industrial systems experience. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  3. Strong understanding of Siemens automation systems, PLCs (S7), drives, and HMI.
  4. Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex engineering requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  5. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  6. Self-motivated, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  7. Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
