Position Overview: This role ensures smooth communication between customers, the sales team, and other departments, helping to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing quotes, processing orders, and generating reports. 2. Customer Interaction: Act as a point of contact for customers regarding order status, pricing, and general inquiries. 3. Data Management: Maintain accurate customer records and track sales activity. 4. Order Processing: Coordinate the order process from order receipt to delivery, ensuring timely fulfilment and communication with relevant teams. 5. Inventory Management: Monitor product inventory levels, coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure stock availability, and assist in inventory tracking. 6. Sales Reports & Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and help track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team. 7. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with marketing, finance, and customer service departments to ensure a seamless sales process. Qualifications: 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in business, administration, logistic or related field (preferred). 2. Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales administration or related roles. Skills: 1. Strong organisational and time-management skills. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. (Speaker Mandarin ) 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 4. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
