Your Role & Responsibilities
What We’re Looking For
Close leads generated by our marketing team. Fast Sales cycle - usually within 1 week. Do you have at least 1 year of sales experience? Must be able to learn quick.

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Convert high-quality inbound leads into sales through consultative selling.
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best fire safety solutions tailored to them.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Handle FMG product sales, including preparing and managing competitive sales quotations.
- Prepare and manage sales quotations, invoices, and order processing documentation accurately.
- Work closely with operations and logistics to coordinate deliveries, training sessions, and installations.
- Oversee progress billings and track payment collections to maintain a healthy sales cycle.
- Provide exceptional post-sales service, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Follow up on inquiries, address customer issues promptly, and identify upselling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records in CRM software and generate sales reports.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to optimize sales strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales achiever with a track record of closing deals and hitting targets.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, especially in sales quotations and administrative tasks.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in ERP software, MS Office, and CRM tools.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in FMG or a similar industry.
- Fresh graduates are open to apply - must be able to learn fast!
