They are currently looking for a talented Route-To-Market Manager to join their dynamic team.


Your new role

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive RTM strategies to meet company goals, including market expansion, revenue growth, and cost efficiency.
  • Create new distribution channels and alternative RTM strategies to boost market penetration and efficiency.
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture new distributors in targeted regions to expand market reach and optimise distribution coverage.
  • Set distributor KPIs and manage performance through regular evaluations and coaching to maximise productivity and service levels.
  • Work closely with the sales leadership team to develop and implement sales plans that align with RTM strategies.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate RTM effectiveness, distributor performance, and overall channel efficiency.


What you'll need to succeed

  • At least 8-10 years of experience in route-to-market, sales management, sales operations or distributions with at least 3-5 years of distributor management experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record in planning and executing route-to-market strategies and developing distribution channels.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Motivated and strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
