Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Specialist located in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Call Center Specialist will be responsible for providing customer support, communication, and excellent customer service in a contact center environment.
Qualifications
- Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Cold calling prospects and arrange meeting for the Sales Team.
- Computer Literacy
- Experience in contact centers is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
