- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) by managing the schedule, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. This includes organizing and prioritizing appointments, preparing agendas, taking minutes during meetings, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations, maintain confidential files, and facilitate communication between the CRO and other departments and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations and itineraries for CRO
- Support the CRO in various administrative tasks to enhance the productivity and effectiveness in managing risk-related initiatives within the organization.
- Perform other support duties that may be assigned from time to time
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field (preferred).
- Has at least 3 year working experience in a secretarial or administrative role preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Team player with the ability to demonstrate good teamwork amongst colleagues
- Integrity to maintain confidentiality and sensitive matters
- Familiar with Microsoft Software applications especially in Words, Excel, PowerPoint
