Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing Trade Marketing strategies in alignment with Marketing and Sales to maximize category potential.
  • Support business and budget planning activities for assigned categories.
  • Conduct category performance analysis using market and product data to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Assist in conducting shopper research and New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives.
  • Support the development of channel strategies with differentiated promotions to attract consumers.
  • Help in preparing planogram proposals, display formats, and Point of Sale Materials (POSM).
  • Assist in creating trade decks, NPI, and trade plan presentations for the sales team.
  • Monitor competitor activities, support post-campaign analysis, and assist in trade investment and account profitability planning.
  • Support the implementation of sell-in and sell-out, distribution, and merchandising strategies.
  • Collaborate on annual customer business plans and contribute ideas for sustainable growth.
  • Work with the Supply Chain team to support stock requirement forecasts based on market trends and sales data.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required for the position.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of Trade Marketing or Key Account Management in FMCG environment. However, fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply.
  • Well-versed in retail sales environment and its dynamics.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Analytical skills with basic research knowledge.
  • Good presentation and communication skills, able to support the sales team to liaise with the customer as necessary.
  • Strong strategic development and analytical skill with experience in data analysis.
  • Basic financial knowledge for decision making.
  • Able to multi-tasking and work cross functionally.
