Job description - Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets and company objectives. - Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success. - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to drive customer satisfaction and retention. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting to expand the customer base and increase sales revenue. - Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking leads, opportunities, and deals through the sales process to ensure timely follow-up and closure. - Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements and contracts with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes while protecting the interests of the company. - Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, evaluate sales effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies and tactics. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals, product launches, and promotional campaigns. - Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management, providing insights into sales performance, trends, and opportunities. - Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Management from time to time. Qualifications: - At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Relevant working experience in related industry will be an added advantage. - Willing to travel to industrial areas. - Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills, good command of English preferred Job Highlights: - Salary depending on candidate's experience - Annual Increment & Bonus depending on performance
