We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Marketing Assistant/

Manager to join our team and help drive our marketing efforts in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to support business goals, including brand awareness, client acquisition and candidate engagement.
  • Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all communication channels, enhancing our global presence.
  • Oversee the creation of localized brand marketing materials adapted from global that resonates with the regional audiences.
  • Create compelling content, including blog posts, email campaigns, social media updates, videos and infographics, to showcase our expertise in our solutions.
  • Planning and executing local events, trade shows, and seminars to drive brand awareness and lead generations.
  • Lead and manage the regional marketing team to drive integrated marketing campaigns that align with brand messaging and business objectives that are also tailored to the specific needs/preferences of the target audiences in the region.
  • Monitor brand performance and industry trends, using insights to continuously improve brand strategies and campaigns.
  • Act as the brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Managing regional marketing budgets and ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
  • Partner with the sales team across the globe to align marketing initiatives with recruitment goals, delivering tailored campaigns that convert leads into clients and candidates.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing within the Services or B2B industry.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, including multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail, capable of generating innovative ideas and executing them effectively.
  • Strong content creation skills with experience in developing blog posts, social media content, videos, and other digital marketing assets.
  • Experience in planning and managing events, trade shows, and seminars.
  • Excellent understanding of brand management and the ability to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a regional marketing team.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and adjust strategies to optimize outcomes.
