Responsibilities: • Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. To define project scope, goals, and deliverables. • Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies. • To play a team leadership role whereby able to assemble and lead cross-functional project teams. Must clearly communicate project objectives, expectations, and roles to team members. • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood. To provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and potential issues. • Conduct regular project reviews to ensure compliance with quality standards. • Able to identify, assess, and manage project risks. Develop and implement risk mitigation plans. • Timeline management is crucial for PM and must monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines. • Implement adjustments to the project plan as needed to keep the project on track. • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, create and update project reports for management and stakeholders. • Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications and Skills: • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information • Technology or equivalent. Proven working experience on project management in the information technology sector especially in software solutioning is a must. • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. Preferred Skills • Excellent client-facing, internal, upward and downward communication skills. • Proven experience working well with different functional teams/departments at all time. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Highly sensible and being tactful to handle all kinds of difficulties raised • from the clients during project lifecycle period. • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. • Provable skillsets in preparing all kind of essential project management documentations, timeline, schedules, presentation slides, etc. • PMP / Agile certifications is a plus but not mandatory. • Minimum 2 years or above in managing small to medium size of software projects. • Knowledge in enterprise software solutions and relevant applications is a plus. • Strong adaptability to new processes, open minded to different methodology used for project management and always comply to the industrial standards.
