Job Description · Handle basic accounting tasks including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliation · Liaise with company secretary, auditor, bankers, suppliers, and authorities on all finance-related matters · To ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries · To undertake any other ad-hoc accounting assignments and administrative tasks as assigned. · Develop and maintain carry out efficient the proper filing system and data management. · Follow-up on all matters and progress updates. · Monitors & maintains an adequate inventory of office supplies and equipment repair/maintenance. · Arrangements for cleaning of office premises, servicing of office equipment and fixtures as well as general tidiness. Contact service personnel and outside. · Manage day-to-day office general administrative tasks related to stationery, billing, filing, etc · Knowledge of e-invoicing is an advantage. · Any other report and works as requested by company from time to time. · To assist in any other duties during the absence of other staff. Job Requirements · Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business Administration or equivalent. · At least 2-3 years’ experience. · Mature, responsible, flexible, proactive at work and efficient at accomplishing tasks assigned. · possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. · Good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and relevant system. · Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines. · Able to work as a team. · Good organizational, administrative & coordination skills. · Able to speak & write in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
