Job Purpose

Responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies that align with the organization's objectives. This includes identifying key talent, developing talent, and implementing talent programs that enable the organization to attract, develop, and retain high-quality employees.

Key Accountabilities

Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent.
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in Talent Management, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of talent management practices, including performance management, talent development, succession planning, and leadership development.
