Job Description
Media Measurement Singapore team has been established since 2015 as an integral part of GfK/NielsenIQ Group and is working on various studies regarding the measurement of media consumption in Singapore and in the region. The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for delivering all project management deliverables. The Media Research Executive will work closely with the PM Manager, as well as the team leads from Client Service (CS), Research, and Operations (OPS), supporting in measurement operations, quality checks, analysis, reporting, and insights.

The Executive role will focus more on
- Project management and execution, including questionnaire design, fieldwork, data cleaning, data prep, analysis and reporting for key media projects
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors to execute and manage all ad hoc projects
- Communicating and reporting to clients on project progress
- Supporting the Research team with statistical processes e.g. fusion, imputation, weighting and projections
- Collaborating with the development team to produce insightful analysis on Dashboard
- Ensuring project quality and service delivery
- Ensure all PM processes and procedures are adhered to
- Actively support and advise CS in research design, logistics, crisis management and other relevant issues in meeting the project requirements
- Support team members in their functional roles, where and when required, in ensuring delivery
- Proactive communication with CS/Research/OPS, internal GfK counterpart, external vendors during project life cycle ensuring on target delivery (both time and margin)
- Driving and sharing of best practices to achieve greater work efficiency with PM
- Compliance with key initiatives
- Work closely with stakeholders to have regular review/revisions of systems and procedures with the end goal of improving productivity and cost efficiency in the department
- Perform other related functions that may be assigned

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong numeracy, analytical, and attention to detail
- Prior experience in Market Research Industry, preferably Media Research, is a plus.
- Able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
- Meticulous, self-motivated, and a good team player
- Responsible and takes ownership of tasks
