Business Performance Manager - Up to RM65,000 Per Year

We are seeking a motivated Business Performance Manager to join our team and help our customers achieve their travel goals with Accomy.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting performance metrics and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and improve performance.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion, cost reduction, and process optimization.
- Develop and maintain a performance management framework to track progress against strategic goals.
- Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize business intelligence tools, data analytics platforms, and performance management software to gather and analyze data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in business analysis, performance management, or a related role. Experience in a managerial or leadership position is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders.
