We are seeking a motivated Business Performance Manager to join our team and help our customers achieve their travel goals with Accomy.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting performance metrics and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and improve performance.
  • Identify opportunities for business expansion, cost reduction, and process optimization.
  • Develop and maintain a performance management framework to track progress against strategic goals.
  • Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Utilize business intelligence tools, data analytics platforms, and performance management software to gather and analyze data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in business analysis, performance management, or a related role. Experience in a managerial or leadership position is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders.
