JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the SAVP Product Marketing, you will oversee and lead all product marketing campaigns across the company, from strategy development to execution, ensuring seamless alignment among multiple stakeholders. This role demands a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, working closely with business units, performance media teams, sales, content partnerships, and external agencies to execute world-class go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic alignment among internal and external stakeholders for product marketing initiatives (e.g. Astro PayTV, NJOI), ensuring a cohesive and impactful marketing vision.
- Develop and execute GTM strategies across ATL, on-ground activations, digital, and BTL, optimizing for market opportunities and consumer engagement.
- Oversee media planning and budget allocation, ensuring GTM strategies maximize performance and ROI.
- Champion innovation by identifying and executing exclusive collaborations with content teams, sales, and external partners to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Provide strong leadership in campaign execution, ensuring initiatives are data-driven, results-oriented, and continuously optimized for efficiency.
- Act as the primary project lead for all product marketing efforts, managing business plans, timelines, and cross-functional execution.
- Analyze campaign performance, leveraging insights to refine future strategies and drive continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in marketing communication, trade marketing, or product marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful campaigns.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into high-impact marketing initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management abilities, with experience collaborating across multiple teams and external partners.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Deep expertise in performance marketing, digital strategies, and social media trends, with the ability to analyze and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Passion for entertainment, media, and lifestyle content, with a flair for developing compelling marketing narratives.
