About the Role
To deliver a personalized and positive experience to customers (agency members and/or customers) by:1. Engaging and interacting with our customers.
2. Offering the right solutions.
3. Delivering on our service promises.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide product and service information through face-to-face service delivery channels that meet and exceed defined service standards.
- Promote Self-Serve Facilities by engaging, educating, and encouraging customers and agencies to use and sign up.
- Attend to and resolve product/service problems and complaints by providing end-to-end solutions.
- Handle escalations from internal and external team members by initiating discussions and providing recommendations for solutions.
- Participate and contribute to projects (ad-hoc/routine) within pre-determined timelines, as assigned.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and facilitate training sessions.
- Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by superiors to meet operational and/or other requirements.
- Provide relief to other branches at different locations, if required.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related field.
- Passion for delivering an excellent customer service experience.
- Highly developed sense of integrity and work ethics.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong team player.
- Pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude.
- Adaptable to a fast-changing environment.
- Able to handle all levels of customers and agents.
- Strong decision-making and analytical abilities.
