Role

The Day-To-Day Activities

  • Assist in managing and maintaining the MyUMobile App as a super-user.
  • Support marketing strategies to enhance app features, updates, and user experience (UI/UX).
  • Help deploy new technologies to attract users and improve engagement.
  • Analyze business needs, gather technical requirements, and suggest app improvements.
  • Track project progress, assist in design reviews, and support implementation.
  • Assist in coordinating projects and ensuring timely execution.
  • Work with marketing, IT, product teams, and external vendors to support smooth project implementation.
  • Provide troubleshooting support and assist in setting up app features.

About You

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any field (Computer Science, Computing, or Web Management is a plus).
  • Minimum CGPA of 3.2.
  • Able to commit for at least 3 months.
  • Some exposure to marketing, web/app development, or content management systems (e.g., AEM) through coursework, projects, or internships.
  • Basic coding knowledge is a plus.
  • Eager to learn and contribute to real projects.
  • Able to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about technology and innovation.
