Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the implementation of business solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and translate them into clear requirements that drive effective solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. • Analyze and assess current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements. • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and technical requirements. • Work with cross-functional teams, including IT and operations, to design and implement business solutions. • Conduct cost-benefit analysis and risk assessments to evaluate potential changes to business operations. • Assist in the development of user stories, use cases, and process models to support project requirements. • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity. • Monitor and support the implementation of solutions, ensuring they meet business objectives. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across various departments. • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, summarizing findings, recommendations, and project progress. • Provide ongoing support and documentation for system updates, enhancements, and changes. • Ensure that the solutions delivered are compliant with company standards, policies, and regulations. Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. • Strong knowledge of business process modeling and analysis techniques. • Experience with business intelligence tools and data analysis. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to translate complex business problems into clear technical requirements. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). • Basic understanding of data management and database concepts. • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
