Job Responsibilities:- Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain employee records and handle Human Resources documentation, such as contracts, performance evaluations, and attendance records.
- Process payroll, leave applications, and other employee benefits in compliance with labor regulations.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance management activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company Human Resources policies.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Assist in workforce planning and talent retention strategies.
- Oversee general office operations, including facility management, supplies procurement, and office maintenance.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow and staff management.
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence as required by management.
- Assist in handling legal and regulatory documentation related to business operations.
- Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Liaise with external vendors, government agencies, and service providers for administrative matters.
Job Requirements:- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Min 2 years of experience in Human Resources and administration.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work 5.5 working days.
