Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and handle Human Resources documentation, such as contracts, performance evaluations, and attendance records.
  • Process payroll, leave applications, and other employee benefits in compliance with labor regulations.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company Human Resources policies.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Assist in workforce planning and talent retention strategies.
  • Oversee general office operations, including facility management, supplies procurement, and office maintenance.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow and staff management.
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence as required by management.
  • Assist in handling legal and regulatory documentation related to business operations.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Liaise with external vendors, government agencies, and service providers for administrative matters.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Min 2 years of experience in Human Resources and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work 5.5 working days.
