Payroll responsibilities:
- Execute and oversee payroll process including timelines and accurate salary processing and payout.
- Ensure accurate, timely salary payout and compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation of payroll documents and safekeeping of employee personal files.
- Perform any task assigned from superior and management from time to time.
Recruiter responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads, HR personnel, and other stakeholders to identify staffing needs and build talent pipelines through networking events, attending job fairs, social media, online advertisements, and various channels.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
- Study and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and manage a diverse pool of candidates across various channels.
- Conduct job analysis to understand the functions and requirements of each role.
- Examine data analytics and recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts and for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition ensuring competitiveness among industries.
- Possess a Degree in HR or related field.
- At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required, preferably with proven experience as an HR Generalist with exposure to learning and development scope.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for recruiter position, preferably with proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Ability to converse in Mandarin is preferred.
- Excellent communication with the ability to interact well at all levels.
