- Employee Records Maintenance: Maintain confidential and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations, in line with data protection regulations.
- Training & Development: Design and implement training programs that support skill development, leadership growth, and career progression. Manage HRDC affairs, including training grant applications and reporting compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- 3 or more years of experience in a Human Resources role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR-related software.
