How do i turn this on?
Find tutorial for your browser below :
  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  2. Tip: If you're running Mac OS, click the Firefox drop-down list > Preferences.

  7. Refresh the page.

Design and Tender Documents Stage:

  • Prepare Cost Estimates.
  • Taking off quantities, prepare Bills of Quantities and other Tender Documents.
  • Examining, analyzing and reporting on Tenders received.
  • Prepare and compile Contract Documents.
  • Attend meeting and coordinating with other Consultants and Clients on the sub-contract Tender Documents and Contract Documents to ensure consistency with Main Contract documents.

    Post Contract Implementation and Final Account Stage:

    • Attending site meeting.
    • Interim valuation of Works in progress and recommendation for interim payment.
    • Finalise and agree on variation and claims submitted.
    • Advise on cost implication of proposed changes.
    • Cost monitoring and financial statements.
    • Compilation and settlement of Final Accounts.

  • Able to converse in English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be added as adavantage.
  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying
  • Fresh graduates, Experience QS are welcome to apply
  • Knowledge of Quantity Surveying Principles, Practice and Techniques
  • Strong Analytical and Numerical Skills
  • Ability to Work Effectively within Team and Independently when Required
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
