- Generate and present regular reports on operational performance, focusing on key metrics and KPIs.
- Support the creation of dashboards and performance tracking tools to monitor ongoing operations.
Excel & Data Management:
- Utilize Excel for creating reports, data models, and conducting financial or operational analyses.

Marketing & E-Commerce Support:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve operational efficiency and ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Help optimize digital content, promotions, and product listings for improved sales and customer engagement.
Customer Service Support:
- Provide basic customer service assistance, including addressing inquiries or assisting in resolving operational issues.
- Ensure smooth communication between customers and various departments, such as marketing or sales, to resolve any operational challenges.
Process Improvement:
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance business performance.
- Assist in implementing process changes and best practices to increase efficiency.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome.
Skills & Competencies:
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Comfortable with data analysis and reporting; ability to interpret and present data clearly.
- Understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and e-commerce platforms.
- Good communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong ability to focus on numbers and ensure data accuracy.
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles is a plus.

Experience:
- Previous internship or work experience in operations, marketing, e-commerce, or customer service is advantageous but not required.
