  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve operational efficiency and ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Help optimize digital content, promotions, and product listings for improved sales and customer engagement.

Customer Service Support:

  • Provide basic customer service assistance, including addressing inquiries or assisting in resolving operational issues.
  • Ensure smooth communication between customers and various departments, such as marketing or sales, to resolve any operational challenges.

Process Improvement:

  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance business performance.
  • Assist in implementing process changes and best practices to increase efficiency.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Able to speak in English and Mandarin

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
  • Comfortable with data analysis and reporting; ability to interpret and present data clearly.
  • Understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong ability to focus on numbers and ensure data accuracy.
  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Basic knowledge of customer service principles is a plus.
