What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively acquire new customers and expand the mortgage business.
  • Meet and exceed monthly mortgage sales targets.
  • Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
  • Analyze customers’ financial needs and recommend suitable mortgage products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and property developers.
  • Stay updated on market trends and mortgage regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Diploma or Degree holder in any field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in mortgage sales preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to succeed in a sales-driven role.
