What You’ll Do:
- Proactively acquire new customers and expand the mortgage business.
- Meet and exceed monthly mortgage sales targets.
- Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
- Analyze customers’ financial needs and recommend suitable mortgage products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and property developers.
- Stay updated on market trends and mortgage regulations.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma or Degree holder in any field.
- 1-3 years of experience in mortgage sales preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome.
- Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to succeed in a sales-driven role.
