The Brand and Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s brand identity, developing high-quality content, and collaborating closely with the CEO to define and execute marketing strategies. This role will also involve assisting the Digital Marketing team with campaign execution and leading a small team of content creators and designers to deliver impactful marketing materials. Responsibility:
Brand Management:
- Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Create and enforce brand guidelines to ensure all communications align with the brand’s voice, tone, and visual identity.
- Conduct market research to understand brand positioning, customer perceptions, and competitive landscape.
- Monitor brand performance and recommend strategies to enhance brand equity and market share.
Content Development:
- Lead the creation of compelling content (e.g., blogs, videos, infographics, social media posts) that resonates with target audiences.
- Oversee the development of marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, presentations, and website content.
- Ensure all content is aligned with the brand’s messaging and values.
- Collaborate with the CEO and other stakeholders to create thought leadership content and strategic messaging.
Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Work closely with the CEO to define the company’s overall marketing strategy, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Translate the marketing strategy into actionable plans and campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand identity.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Assist the Digital Marketing team in executing campaigns across SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels, ensuring alignment with the brand’s identity and strategy.
- Collaborate with the DM team to analyze campaign performance, optimize efforts, and provide actionable insights for future initiatives
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a small team of content creators and designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Set clear goals and KPIs for the team, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations.
- Manage workflows and timelines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role, with a strong focus on content development.
- Proven experience working closely with senior leadership to define and execute marketing strategies.
