
Admin Support Cum Account Officer
Key Responsibilities.
* Handle all accounting data entry
* Ensure timely closing of monthly account
* Ensure accounts are properly maintained and reconciled
* Handle petty cash and prepare monthly petty cash report
* Prepare supporting documents for payments (online and cheques)
* Provide ad-hoc accounting information upon request
* Prepare monthly commission statement
* Prepare annual premium and commission reports for regulator(s)
* Assist in annual audit and ad-hoc financial audit upon request
* Assist in cash flow planning and monitoring
* Handle overall administration activities for the company
* Assist in newcomers onboarding package (eg company t-shirt, manual printing, access
card, business card)
* Retrieve standard monthly reports/documents from providers’ portal
* Monitor and maintain company VIP clients database
- Possess a Diploma in Accounting.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting roles.
- Experience in managing full sets of accounts is preferred.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and double entry.
- Familiarity with SQL systems for efficient data entry.
- Good knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other intermediate
Excel functions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
