Sales Manager - Food Manufacturing
Job Summary :
We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales team in a growing bread manufacturing company. The role involves developing sales strategies, monitoring daily sales performance, and managing a team of three sales executives covering North, East, and Klang Valley regions, with potential expansion into South Malaysia.
Job Description
o Drive Sales Growth: Increase profit by promoting and selling the Company’s product to customer either through retail markets or business-to-business (B2B).
o Sales Target Achievement: Ensuring sales activity meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by actively promoting and selling Company products to new and existing customers.
o Market Expansion: Monitor industry trends, ensuring that market and sales strategies align with current trends and effective in meeting customer demands.
o New Customer Acquisition: Identifying emerging markets to develop plan for revenue growth by identifying and approach potential new customer to create new customer accounts.
o Customer Engagement: Maintaining good relationships with existing customers to ensure continuous sales demand and profitability. Handling customer complaints and issues arises with care and make reports to the management.
o Sales Reporting: Track sales performance, prepare reports on sales activity to the Management.
o Operation Area: Responsible to do sales and marketing operations in the Northern Region, Perak, Kedah, Penang and Perlis.
